1. Agreement to Terms

By using the VentureLens app and website (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. VentureLens is built and operated by Genoch Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14330649. If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t use our Service.

2. What We Offer

VentureLens helps entrepreneurs and business professionals develop business ideas with data-backed insights. Our Service provides:

Business idea generation and validation
Financial projections and analysis
Market insights and competitive analysis
Business strategy recommendations
Interactive reports and visualizations

3. Your Account

To use most features, you’ll need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Keeping your password secure
All activity that happens under your account
Providing accurate information
Letting us know if you notice unauthorized access
Ensuring that your account information is kept up-to-date

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer subscription plans for premium features:

All purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

For refunds, please contact Apple Support as we cannot process refunds for App Store purchases directly.

5. Your Content and Our Content

You own the content you share with us. When you upload content, you give us permission to use it to provide and improve our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that it doesn’t infringe on the rights of any third party.

What We Generate

The business insights and recommendations we generate are for informational purposes only. We try to provide accurate information, but we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes. Any insights or recommendations provided by the Service should be used as a starting point for your own research and due diligence.

Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service itself (including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and text) are owned by Genoch Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Third-Party Information

Our Service includes information from other sources. This information may change and may not always be 100% accurate.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers located in the European Union in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Acceptable Use

Please don’t use our Service to:

Break the law or encourage others to do so
Infringe on others’ rights
Send harmful content or malware
Disrupt our Service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways
Collect data from our Service beyond normal use
Create a competing product based on our insights
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these prohibitions.

8. Our License to You

We grant you permission to use our Service for your personal or business purposes. You may not:

Create a competing product using our Service
Resell our Service to others
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service
Reverse engineer our Service

9. App Store Terms

This app is distributed through the Apple App Store. As such:

These Terms are between you and Genoch Ltd., not Apple
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
In the event of a failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have relating to the app
Apple is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms

10. No Warranties

We provide our Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that:

The Service will always work perfectly
The Service will meet your specific needs
The information provided will be 100% accurate
The Service will work with all devices

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us in the past year.

12. Your Responsibility (Indemnification)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genoch Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new Terms on our website and update the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genoch Ltd. regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
